How Tremolo works
Create an account, profile and packages
After creating your free account you can then start your profile and create your packages.
In your profile you are able to list one or multiple band size packages for different events that you specialise in. These include wedding ceremonies, canapés, reception, private events and public events.
Each package will display your base location, prices, band size/s, biography, live performance videos, inclusions, photos and Instagram feed, song lists and reviews from Easy Weddings or Google.
Set your availability and choose the gigs you want to play
Booking a gig six, twelve or eighteen months in advance doesn't work for every musician.
Tremolo's availability feature allows you to set tentative availabilities meaning you only accept a gig if you want to.
How availability works
The Tremolo Google calendar sync feature allows customers to see dates you're unavailable for.
If your calendar shows you as available the customer is prompted to confirm your availability you in the event that you had a last minute gig or engagement and have become unavailable. You will need an existing Google account. If you don't have one, no stress, you can open an account when you're creating your Tremolo profile.
Accepting gigs is simple
Once your availability is set, you’ll only be contacted when a booking is ready to go through.
When a client is ready to book, you'll receive an official gig offer via email with the option to Accept or Decline. If you accept, the gig details will be added to your calendar for you to share with band members.
After you’ve completed the gig, simply hit the ‘Request Payment’ button and your full package fee will be transferred to your account with an invoice receipt.
