Conveniently located on Smith Street, The Gasometer is a band room, bar and bistro that boasts several unique features including two storeys and a retractable roof. Re-opened in 2014, The Gas is a 350 capacity live music venue that hosts a variety of bands and artists seven nights a week. The possibility of open-air gigs makes this venue truly unique and definitely one to check out. Open until 3am on Fridays and Saturdays, The Gas hosts frequent album launch parties and specialty events.

Possibly the most iconic live music venue in Melbourne, The Tote is a long running live music venue known for hosting metal, punk and psychedelic rock bands. Located on the corner of Johnston Street and Wellington Street, this venue is also a hotel, pub and bar, operating as The Tote since 1980. Open until 3am Thursday - Saturday, this iconic space has booked the likes of Stonefield, West Thebarton, Luca Brasi, The Bennies and Camp Cope.
