Hi, I’m James.
I’m a passionate musician who is fluent across a few different genres including Jazz, folk and classical.
I have a bachelors degree in music from UNE in NSW where I discovered a love of improvising in various forms including Gypsy Jazz and free improv. During this time I also achieved 8th grade in the AMEB practical exam.
I also play piano and am currently aiming for a second degree on it.
I have a professional mindset and am able to accommodate many moods and atmospheres as per request within the numerous bands I play in.
